To send an enquiry or request for a training quotation to one of our signature courses, you provide us with the following information:
- First name and surname
- Name of the Business
- Email address
- Mobile number
We require this information in order to be able to provide you with a proper and timely
response.
You have the option to participate or let your team answer a ‘Pre’ and/or ‘Post’ training survey to get the maximum training results. If you complete our surveys before or after a scheduled training, you will provide us with the following information:
- Your name
- Your answers to our survey questions
- Any other information that you may choose to provide to us in the comment field
We use our surveys to further tailor the course to your training needs and collect your feedback to improve our Services. Participation in our surveys is voluntary. You have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. If you outline any issues and/or request our help in our surveys, we may reach out to you to resolve your concern.
When you use our Services, we automatically collect the following information about how you use our Services:
