Workplace culture is critical to attracting and retaining staff. Many organisations know that culture is an issue, however don’t know where to start. This course is targeted at business owners, managers and leaders to identify a number of strategies and options that can improve workplace culture including:

• Designing the ideal workplace culture
• Understanding your own impact and style
• Understanding behavioural traits in others and how they impact workplace relationships
• Effectively communicating outcomes and having conversations
• Strategies to implement effective workplace change

Participants will develop an action plan to address their own organisational issues that impact their team culture. They’ll also come away with the confidence to effectively communicate change and develop strategies to address the pain-points that impact culture.

This course is practical in nature and not focused on theory or textbook research. It will teach participants the necessary real-world skills to implement effective change strategies, all while practicing in a scenario-based environment.
